Axiell - My Library is an application that provides the library user with an easy intuitive interface to Axiell’s Arena portal. The functions include: a simple search interface for searching books and other media, the possibility to see your current borrower status and the ability to create a list of favorites.
The search interface consists of a single input line with the possibility to refine a search by tapping on a media icon for books, CD’s, DVD’s etc. On the borrower overview page it is possible to see and renew currently borrowed material. It is also possible to see current reservations and of course remove the no longer wanted ones. If there are any unpaid library fees they will also be visible on this page. In the tab called “Favorites” it is possible to add materials that are of special interest. The list of “Favorites” is stored locally on the iPhone and can be viewed at any time without any network connection.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To be able to use this application your library must have the Axiell Arena system with the possibility for mobile phone connections. You must also have a username and a PIN code provided by the library.
